All 12 teams were in action on Wednesday night as Rangers maintained their significant lead at the top ahead of rivals Celtic. Below the Old Firm there is plenty of intrigue with Hibs and Aberdeen swapping places once more in the battle for third.
Below them, wins for Dundee United and Livingston make it just three points between fifth and seventh. Below them the bottom five are separated by five points with all five of Ross County, Hamilton, St Johnstone, Kilmarnock and St Mirren losing. All teams will play twice more before the end of the year.

3. Lang to return to Wigan
Motherwell are set to lose Callum Lang in January. The forward signed a season-long loan earlier this year but Wigan Athletic have a recall option which they are set to take up. 4. Larsson 'tempted' by Celitc
