With a number of squads needing major surgery due to some of their players heading home from the tournament, Euro 2024 Fantasy Football is allowing unlimited transfer ahead of the knockouts. So you’re going to need to see where the best value is as you build your squad for the crunch stage of the competition.
This is the first and only time in the competition where you can make unlimited transfers - so make it count!
Here are the 8 players we recommend you must transfer in your fantasy team this week. Don’t forget, the deadline to make these changes is 5pm tomorrow (June 29).
1. Cole Palmer (England) - €7.5m
England looked a lot brighter when Cole Palmer was introduced against Slovenia and it feels like he will start against Slovakia in the last 16 this Sunday. 2. Cody Gakpo (Netherlands) - €7.5m
The Liverpool attacker is listed as a midfielder on the game but is one of Euro 2024's top goal scorers with two goals in his last three games. At €7.5m, he's less expensive than some other midfielders and will be a real focal point for the Dutch against Romania in the last 16. | Getty ImagesPhoto: Getty Images
3. Nuno Mendes (Portugal) €5m
Looking for a bargain deal ahead of the knockouts? Look no further than this young midfielder. He's currently outscoring all of his world famous team mates, such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Bernardo Silva and Bruno Fernandes, and costs far less than all of them. 4. Dani Carvajal (Spain) - €5.5m
Spain look like one of the team's to beat after being the only team to win all three of their group games - and the Real Madrid right-back is one of their top point scorers. The Spanish face Georgia in the last 16 and are overwhelming favourites.
