Right recipe for contest
The contest will see secondary pupils submit their gastronomic creations and the most creative and innovative young chefs will be invited to attend an event at the he Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort and Spa during the St Andrews Festival weekend.
The competition has been launched by Springboard’s Futurechef – which seeks to find new culinary talent – and the head chef at the Old Course Hotel Ross Marshall, who will judge the entries.
