Schools to remain open as Scotland virus cases rise to 23

Nicola Sturgeon has said there are no current plans to close schools over coronavirus as the number of cases in Scotland rose to 23.

The First Minister warned that as the UK focuses on moving from containing to delaying the outbreak, people with milder symptoms may be advised to stay at home.
