Brightree opens Glasgow office in $50m Scots investment
Joining the firm’s Scottish-born chief executive and president Dave Cormack at the launch were Jamie Hepburn, minister for sport, health improvement and mental health, and Neil Francis, international operations director at Scottish Enterprise.
The launch is part of Brightree’s planned investment in Scotland of about $50 million (£32.8m) over the next four years.

Hide AdCormack, a former director of Aberdeen Football Club, said: “We recognised that tapping into the highly educated engineering skills base in Scotland would give us access to a wealth of talent in the fields of software development and quality assurance, which are the cornerstones necessary for Brightree to deliver on its aggressive product expansion plans.”
Hepburn said: “Encouraging global businesses like this to invest and expand here is a top priority for the Scottish Government.”
