The house has only come to market now that all four of her children have left home.
“It is a great place to live and in my heart of hearts, I would love it to go to another family whose children can jump in and out of the pool and run around outside,” Rosanna enthuses.

A keen wildlife photographer, Rosanna maintains the rural location has been a great benefit to her family over the years.
She explains: “The wildlife around here is just spectacular, there are tawny owls, barn owls, long eared owls, hares, pine martens, stoats and weasels –and it is fantastic.
“It is a lovely place to live and while it feels like it is in the middle of nowhere overlooking the hills, I can be back in Edinburgh in about an hour, which is great.
“You feel incredibly connected although you are incredibly rural.”
