Missing Cambridgeshire man found safe in Scotland
A MAN from England who had been missing for two days and whose car was spotted in Scotland while his mobile phone was used in Caithness has been found safe and well.
Officers were concerned about 49-year-old Philip Ruane’s state of mind, but sid he has now been found in the Sutherland area.
He was reported missing on Monday night after visiting his parent’s home in St Helens, Merseyside. He was due to return to his home in Ramsey, Cambridgeshire, on Monday.
