Funding to put artworks on permanent display
The council has received 80,628 for a project to raise the profile, improve access and care of its Scottish Art Collection, which is located at the City Art Centre and won special recognition status in 2008.
The project will involve the development of a dedicated gallery with a permanent display of the collection. The renovation of a temporary fine art store will help to ensure the collection's long-term safety.
