Drug dealer tells court how he was glassed and stabbed
David Hoggan, 31, was giving evidence in the first day of a trial into allegations of three attempted murders and a serious assault in Dalry.
Wayne Alexander, 34, and his girlfriend Nikita Thompson, 26, deny being concerned in the supply of drugs. Alexander, a prisoner at Edinburgh, further denies attempting to murder Mr Hoggan in his home on May 25 last year by hitting him on the head with a glass and striking him on the body with a knife, all to his severe injury.

Two others Paul Stirling, 29, from Edinburgh, and Ronald Crombie, 29, deny assaulting Mr Hoggan to his severe injury and robbing him in his home on May 30, 2011. The trial, before Lady Stacey, continues.
