Their condition is not yet known.
A spokesperson for HM Coastguard said it was still unclear how the divers got into difficulty, but added that all three were pulled from the water quickly.
In a post on Facebook, Eyemouth Coastguard told followers: “Remember, if you see anyone in danger on our coastline, dial 999 and ask for the Coastguard.”
The coastline near St Abbs is known for its jagged rocks and high cliffs.
