Crackdown on drivers using phones
POLICE were today set to carry out a one-day crackdown on drivers using mobile phones behind the wheel.
The 24-hour Mobile Phone Day of Action is being co-ordinated by the Association of Chief Police Officers in Scotland in a bid to help reduce casualties on our roads.
Increased patrols will be conducted across the force area using both marked and unmarked police vehicles.
