Court told of bloodstains under taxi
Stephen Nolan, 48, denies using the London Hackney cab as a weapon to murder Ebrahim Aryaei Nekoo, 41, on March 24 last year in a car park in Saughton Park.
Forensic scientist Amanda Pirie told the High Court in Edinburgh how she, along with others, examined the taxi.

Hide AdBlood was found on the exhaust pipe and rear axle and there were 19 other marks which she said could have been caused by material rubbing against parts of the cab.
The blood provided a “full match” with a DNA sample from the dead man, she said.
Reading from her report, she said the findings “provide support for Ebrahim Nekoo having been run over by this vehicle”.
Nolan, of Redhall Place, also denies threatening Mr Nekoo, of Carrick Knowe Hill, and other charges.
The trial continues.
