Rosyth engineering firm Parsons Peebles in southern drive
The takeover of Taylor & Goodman will provide Parsons Peebles with expanded product and service capabilities and a network of UK locations which now numbers 13 in the UK. The deal comes on the back of Parsons Peebles’ integration of Anstee & Ware into the group last October.
Established in 1948, Taylor & Goodman has additional sites in Eastbourne and Bishop’s Stortford. It had been majority owned by Dutch Peter & Jacob Group prior to the sale.
