Ghiloni given SWIP permanent role
He formerly held a number of senior marketing and business development positions, including head of intermediary distribution for Prudential UK.
At SWIP he has responsibility for all aspects of sales, marketing, product development and media relations activities. Based in Edinburgh, he reports to Dean Buckley, SWIP’s managing director, who said: “This appointment reflects the excellent job Francis has done whilst acting as interim and, of course, the work he has done since joining SWIP.”

Hide AdColin Parker, Aberdeen Harbour chief executive, is to become the North-east chairman of the Scottish Council for Development & Industry, succeeding Duncan Skinner, chief financial officer, Wood Group PSN, who will stand down after six years. Parker will also succeed Skinner on the national board of SCDI and will join Trevor Garlick, regional vice-president, BP, as a North-east presence on the board.
